Looking Around
Here’s some interesting bloggage that I’ve been checking out today:
There’s a new guy in town named Donnie: Army brat, half German and all around interesting guy, so far. Can’t wait until he hooks up his comments feature.
My Canadian buddy, Paul Jané, has a sweet and painful post about seeing his aged and invalid uncle during his south-of-the-border sojourn.
Frank J. says relax with the “blogwar.” It’s time for some a real hand-to-hand combat.
And Michael Williams muses on Fat Folks Rights and others' rights to mock them.
(Thanks to Pathetic Earthlings, host of Carnival of the Vanities #53)
UPDATE: Donnie is changing his domain to http://www.aintdoneit.com soon. Apparently Blogspot is ticking him off, as it did me.

Thanks for the gratuitous linkage, Juliette. :-)

Now everyone can see what a babe you are! :-)
Seriously--I was serious above too--your uncle's story really got to me. I'm going to post about my late uncle on Friday--his birthday.

Notwithstanding your excellent suggestion re. the comments, how could a young blogger such as myself NOT permalink such a cute baby? :-)

Thanks for the nice words as well, now that I'm at it. :-)
I look forward to reading about your late uncle on Friday.

Donnie, if you have Word, you can compose you posts there and use symbols. Go to "Insert," then "Symbols." Umlaute, Kommas und alles! If you have XP, you can also use the language pack.
