Kiddies
So my sister sends me a pic of her--and my brother-in-law’s--newest little project.

But of course she had *better* send me photos of Jadyn’s brothers and sister, even if they are from last year. :-)
Reed (13, left; Mr. Serious; here’s a pic of Reed and his cousin, Julian, from twelve years ago.)

Ryan (12, right; Mr. Mischievous; right after he got his two front teeth for Christmas last year.)
Jordyn (6, Miss America; most definitely.)
By the way, my brother-in-law is probably at the range right now.
Of course, recent pictures of my other two nephews, Julian and his younger brother, Saevonne—sons of my baby sister--are forthcoming. Right, Sis? Mom? Dad?

Dang, good genes. :)
(Out of curiosity, was that peculiar banding on the pictures as they arrived, or is this some post-scanning thing?)

Adorable, all!
Except for the guys, of course, they are handsome: I remember when I told my son he was cute and at the mature age of four he told me, "mom, girls are cute, boys are handsome".

This, ultimately, is what it is all about. God bless them.

Beautiful children, and a great name!
I have to admit, I like the name 'Jadyn', because it's close to my own daughter's name, Jagan.

What a good looking bunch of kids. And what a little cutie pie that baby is. Aunt Julliete must be proud. You guys have a wonderful Christmas! Can I still say Christmas? It hasn't been outlawed yet has it?

for that banding thing on the first pic, my suspicion is that it was printed out on an inkjet and later scanned in which is the version that we're seeing here. Dunno if that sort of artifact is common on color lasers, but they do appear on inkjets frequently.

JSA: Nope. It's straight from a scanned photo. The scanner is merely old.

Nice smile. Definitely the type of baby you just gotta pick up! (...and I DO pass on the grumpy little boogers.)
