Quaking in Their Boots

TodayTomorrow, President Bush will have his routine colonoscopy (routine for guys his age). While he's under sedation, Vice President Cheney will take over as the Commander-in-Chief and the Left is having a cow, man (and getting off some pretty funny jokes, I must admit). I suppose that the specter of a President Cheney is why all those grumblings about impeaching GWB will remain just that.
